New Boarding Policies Effective 12/15/2022:

In order to balance the comfort of our boarders with the primary operations of rescue, we are looking to implement some new policies regarding boarding.

• No Grooming Services: We do not employee a groomer at this time and are unable to provide these services with our regular staffing.
• Drop-off/Pick-Up Window: The drop-off window for boarders begins at noon on the first day of scheduled boarding. Pick-up must be prior to noon on the last day of scheduled boarding. Exceptions can be made but must be approved by management – please contact us if you may need an extension.
• Food/Treats: You are encouraged to bring your pet’s own food & treats from home, but please ONLY bring what your pet will need while they are here. Only reseal-able gallon size Ziploc bags or reseal-able individually portioned meals will be accepted. We do NOT accept large bags or bins of food.
• Personal Items: Darbster limits the number of personal items boarders may check in with and ask that pet parents bring their leash home with them and bring it back for pick-up.
• Acceptable Personal Items: 1 Blanket*, up to 3 toys –
• Do NOT bring: Bowls, Measuring Scoops, Glass of any kind or stuffed beds of any kind
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the volume of laundry, we are unable to launder any personal items that may become unclean during your pet’s stay with us. Dirty blankets/toys will be returned in a sealed baggie to be laundered at home to ensure they are not further damaged or lost
